The upper floor of Villa Capri features four bedrooms (Calabash, Cashew, Tamarind, Nutmeg) the kitchen and buffet area, a TV corner with DVD and VCR set up, an extra powder room, the main dining room includes a terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea. One of the most outstanding features of Villa Capri is the newly added sunset deck. By extending the bar area it offers beautiful sunset views in the afternoon and is ideal for candlelight dinners and star gazing at night. Our large dining room can accommodate a group of 20 people dining on one large table or, if preferred, the set up can be split up into three tables of 6-8 people. The home entertainment center furnished with two large loungers has a movie library for all ages and a small CD collection for the enjoyment of our guests. The catering-size kitchen and buffet area of Villa Capri is set up with microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, deep fat fryer, blender, food processor, six burner commercial stove with salamander, two ovens, and grill plate, two large freezer/fridge combinations, chest freezer, dish washer, a quadruple sink, and self-serve counter with espresso machine and small fridge. The lower floor of the Villa contains five bedrooms, terrace, bar with large wooden open-air deck, library corner with stereo, coin/credit card phone, and high speed internet access. Surrounded by a wooden sun deck our pool invites you to laze away the day, read a book or enjoy a drink in the gazebo at the edge of the deck while taking in the beautiful views of Anse du Cap Bay. The romantic hammock retreat, a hanging basket chair for two or benches scattered all over the property make for many quiet enclaves to enjoy by yourself or with a loved one. The relaxation and treatment pyramid is very popular with many of our guests and is situated on the highest point of the property. The House: The Master bedroom ( with king-size bed) is on the second floor and enjoys spectacular views through its large picture window. It is air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom. A spacious covered terrace, which adjoins this bedroom, is the perfect spot for just relaxing or enjoying a good book. Two additional air-conditioned bedrooms (each with two single beds that can be converted into one king-size bed) with en-suite bathrooms are located on the lowest level of the house with views out to sea. Each of these bedrooms has a private terrace. A small fourth bedroom (not air conditioned) with a single bed and an adjoining bathroom is located off the kitchen wing. It is suitable for a single person or a child. There is a spacious open plan sitting room with cable vision TV and a music centre. This room leads into a dining area, an east facing patio and a large kitchen, equipped with every amenity. An additional outdoor dining terrace, adjoining the pool, is oriented to the sunset view. The full size pool is edged with sea stones and the adjacent large wooden sun deck has a Caribbean view and chaises for sunning. There is a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower in the large pool deck.You are just a five minute drive to beaches and the new 18 hole golf course. Villa Cadasse can be rented with Orchid Cottage to accommodate larger parties. General maintenance man on property in his own separate apartment who will be at the property for the night of arrival to greet the guests.
